feels that as part of responsible disclosure users of RefMArcTM are
to be made aware of what information is being logged. This policy statement
tells how we collect information from you and how we use it.

Use of IP Addresses
RefMArcTM uses your computer's IP (Internet Protocol) address to
help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web sites. Your
IP address is used to help identify you and your time spent at our sites, and
to gather broad demographic information.
This allows us to see which parts of our Service users are visiting. We do not
link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means, for instance,
that a user's session will be tracked, but the user will remain anonymous.

RefMArcTM makes use of "cookies" which stores small pieces of

registration and other forms to send you information about our company and to
contact you when necessary. Often, RefMArcTM and/or its partners may
